Pramridhami Kitchen
1. Scope of Service
Pramridhami Kitchen operates exclusively as a bulk food service provider, offering:
Corporate meal services
Hostel & PG meal contracts
Event & bulk catering orders
Subscription-based meal box services
2. Order Confirmation
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies for all services.
Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation (WhatsApp/Email) and receipt of advance payment.
Any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to delivery.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in INR (₹).
GST will be charged as applicable.
For bulk/event orders: Minimum 50% advance payment required.
For corporate/monthly contracts: Payment must be cleared as per agreed credit terms (usually 7–15 days).
Delay in payment may result in suspension of service.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery date may attract cancellation charges.
Orders cancelled after preparation has started are non-refundable.
Advance payments are non-refundable unless mutually agreed.
5. Delivery & Logistics
Delivery timelines will be pre-agreed.
Client must ensure proper unloading arrangements at delivery location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
6. Hygiene & Food Safety
We maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Food is prepared fresh on the same day of dispatch.
Once delivered, food must be stored and consumed as per advised timeline.
We are not liable for issues arising due to improper storage after delivery.
7. Quality Complaints
Any complaint must be raised within 1 hour of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Liability is limited to replacement or refund of the affected portion only.
8. Subscription & Contract Services
Monthly meal services require a minimum commitment period as agreed.
Termination requires written notice (typically 30 days prior).
Pricing revisions may apply based on raw material cost fluctuations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pramridhami Kitchen’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. know us
